Billing questions
Is traffic unlimited?
No. ROUTORA plans include a fixed data allowance. When your allowance is used up, VPN access pauses until you purchase another plan.
Is Lite enough for streaming?
Lite works for occasional video and everyday browsing. For daily HD streaming or long viewing sessions, choose Plus. Pro is best for heavy use across multiple devices.
Where do I buy a plan?
Open the ROUTORA app, sign in, and choose a plan. Checkout opens in your system browser through PayPal.
Do plans auto-renew?
No. Every 30-day or 365-day plan is a one-time purchase. Buy another plan when you need more access.
Are taxes included?
The app shows the currency and final plan amount before PayPal opens. PayPal may separately show currency-conversion details when applicable.
