This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how ROUTORA metered VPN subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and when refunds may be available. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
ROUTORA subscriptions are sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes checkout, tax, receipts, recurring billing, approved refunds, and payment disputes on our behalf.
ROUTORA offers monthly and annual metered data subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year using the payment method on file until canceled.
The plan quota, device limit, billing period, base price, and applicable taxes are shown in the app and on our website before you confirm checkout. Current catalog details are loaded from our live plan API at the time of purchase.
To cancel, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your ROUTORA account. Include your ROUTORA order ID or Paddle transaction reference when available.
Because ROUTORA provides immediate access to a digital VPN service, completed charges are generally non-refundable once VPN access has been used or plan data has been consumed.
We will review a refund request made within 7 days of the charge when:
Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Send refund requests to [email protected] with:
We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership and service usage before approving a refund.
Approved refunds are submitted through Paddle to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the refunded amount appears; processing time varies by provider and country.
If a refund is approved after partial service use, we may offer a partial refund or account credit based on unused service, at our reasonable discretion and where permitted by law.
Contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate billing errors and service-delivery problems. This request does not restrict any right you have to contact your payment provider or a consumer-protection authority.
If a chargeback or dispute is opened while we are actively reviewing a valid support request, we may pause account changes until the case is resolved.
Upgrades, downgrades, and subscription changes must be handled through ROUTORA support unless an in-app change flow is explicitly offered. Starting a new checkout while an active Paddle subscription exists may be blocked until the existing subscription is changed or canceled according to our billing rules.
