ROUTORA Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ROUTORA ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our app, website (ygroutora.com), API (api.ygroutora.com), and VPN services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ROUTORA.
2. Service Description
ROUTORA provides a commercial sing-box-based VPN service that:
- Encrypts your device's internet traffic and routes it through our VPN servers
- Offers prepaid data-traffic plans (measured in gigabytes)
- Allows you to select from available VPN server nodes in different regions
- Supports multiple devices per account based on your purchased plan (3–8 devices)
ROUTORA is intended for lawful personal and business use to enhance network privacy and security. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use ROUTORA. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use ROUTORA on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You may not register for, purchase, access, or use ROUTORA if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in a jurisdiction listed in Section 7.8 (Restricted and Prohibited Jurisdictions). It is your responsibility to confirm that your location and intended use comply with these Terms and applicable law before creating an account or connecting to the Service.
4. Account Registration & Security
- You must register with a valid email address and a password of at least 6 characters
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access
- One person may not maintain more than one account unless expressly authorized by us
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
5. Plans & Payment
5.1 Plans. ROUTORA offers one-time purchases of metered VPN access valid for 30 or 365 days. Current quotas, device limits, access periods, currencies, and prices are displayed in the app and on our website. Purchased access is honored until the period expires or the included quota is exhausted, whichever happens first.
5.2 Payment. PayPal processes checkout and payment. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms presented by PayPal at checkout. Checkout may be unavailable in jurisdictions listed in Section 7.8.1. We retain PayPal order and capture identifiers, amount, currency, status, and reconciliation records, but we do not receive or store your full payment card or bank account details.
5.3 Traffic Quota. Your plan includes a fixed data allowance. When your quota is exhausted, VPN connectivity will be automatically disabled until you purchase additional traffic or a new plan.
5.4 No Automatic Renewal. Plans do not renew automatically. You must complete a new purchase when you want additional access. An unfinished checkout may be abandoned without charge; completed purchases are governed by the refund terms below.
5.5 Refunds. Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use ROUTORA only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:
- Engage in any illegal activity, including fraud, theft, harassment, or distribution of illegal content
- Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk communications
- Launch denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or network intrusion attempts
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
- Infringe intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent)
- Exploit, attack, or probe our infrastructure or other users' systems
- Circumvent access controls or abuse the Service in ways that degrade performance for other users
- Access or use a third-party service through ROUTORA when that service's current terms, policies, security rules, or administrator expressly prohibit VPN, proxy, anonymization, or location-masking technologies
- Evade geographic restrictions, licensing restrictions, account suspensions, bans, identity verification, fraud controls, sanctions screening, age restrictions, or other eligibility requirements imposed by a third party
- Manipulate regional pricing, taxes, promotions, advertising metrics, rewards, votes, ticket availability, marketplace eligibility, game matchmaking, or similar location-dependent features
- Access financial, payment, cryptocurrency, government, workplace, school, healthcare, or other restricted systems in violation of the system owner's security policy or authorization requirements
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service without our written consent
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
- Violate export control, sanctions, anti-terrorism laws, or the prohibited-jurisdiction rules in Section 7.8
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
7. VPN Service Limitations & Disclaimers
7.1 No Content Logging. ROUTORA does not log the content of your internet traffic, websites visited, DNS queries, or destination IP addresses. We do collect aggregate traffic volume (bytes) to enforce your plan quota, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Full-Tunnel Routing. When connected, your device's internet traffic is routed through our VPN servers. You acknowledge this routing is necessary for the Service to function.
7.3 Service Availability. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or latency-free service. Server maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary outages.
7.4 Speed & Performance. VPN connections may reduce your internet speed depending on server load, distance, and your local network conditions. We do not guarantee specific bandwidth or latency.
7.5 Local Law Compliance. VPN regulations vary by country and region. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of ROUTORA complies with all applicable local laws. The jurisdiction lists in Section 7.8 describe where the Service must not be used and where additional legal restrictions may apply.
7.6 Third-Party Service Restrictions. Banks, payment providers, cryptocurrency services, streaming and media platforms, online games, marketplaces, ticketing services, social networks, email providers, and private workplace, school, healthcare, or government networks may block, limit, flag, or prohibit traffic from VPNs or proxies. Their rules may differ by account, product, country, and time. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable third-party terms before connecting through ROUTORA.
7.7 No Guaranteed Third-Party Access. ROUTORA does not guarantee that any particular website, app, platform, or network will permit VPN access or remain accessible. If a third party requires a direct connection, you must disconnect ROUTORA before using that service. We are not responsible for third-party account restrictions, security reviews, transaction declines, content limitations, suspensions, bans, or losses resulting from your violation of third-party rules.
7.8 Restricted and Prohibited Jurisdictions. Because VPN, payment, export-control, and sanctions rules differ worldwide, ROUTORA limits where the Service may be offered, purchased, or used. Country references below use ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 codes. We may update these lists as laws, sanctions, payment-network rules, or enforcement practices change.
7.8.1 Prohibited Jurisdictions — No Purchase, No Access. You may not purchase, register for, access, connect to, or use ROUTORA, and we may refuse, suspend, or terminate Service immediately, if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the Service on behalf of anyone in:

7.8.2 High-Restriction Jurisdictions — Use Only If Lawful. In the jurisdictions below, VPN services may be restricted, licensed, monitored, blocked, or permitted only for approved providers or approved purposes. ROUTORA is not offered to circumvent local censorship, licensing, telecommunications, national-security, or content-access rules. You must determine whether your use is lawful before purchasing, connecting, or continuing to use the Service. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe your use violates local law, creates legal exposure for us, or is required by a regulator, payment provider, or infrastructure partner.

7.8.3 No Circumvention of Local Restrictions. You must not use ROUTORA to evade geographic blocks, licensing rules, sanctions screening, government blocking orders, telecommunications restrictions, workplace or school network policies, or other location-based eligibility requirements where such use is unlawful. High-restriction use is at your sole risk, including possible fines, service blocking, account suspension, or criminal penalties under local law. Recent examples of heightened enforcement include Russia's expanded VPN and platform-access restrictions (2025–2026), Iran's internet shutdowns, Uganda's election-period connectivity restrictions and warnings against VPN use (January 2026), India's evolving VPN compliance and data-localization rules, and Pakistan's provider-registration requirements.
7.8.4 Enforcement. We may use technical, contractual, and operational measures—including IP, account, payment, and device signals—to enforce Sections 7.8.1 and 7.8.2. A jurisdiction's absence from these lists does not mean ROUTORA is legal or available there. If local law prohibits VPN use in your location, you must not use the Service even if that location is not listed above.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and technology comprising ROUTORA are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the ROUTORA app or infrastructure.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF ERRORS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
VPN technology provides encryption and privacy enhancements but cannot guarantee complete anonymity or protection against all threats. You use ROUTORA at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROUTORA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages; in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROUTORA and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Account Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or Section 7.8 (Restricted and Prohibited Jurisdictions)
- Your account is involved in fraudulent or abusive activity
- We are required to do so by law or governmental authority
- We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8–11, 13–15) will survive.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app, website, or email. The updated "Effective Date" will reflect the revision. Your continued use of ROUTORA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
15. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a business transfer
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control
